  • One line in CLAUDE.md pays for itself all day: run independent tool calls in the same message. Reading five files stops being five round trips and becomes one.

  • I stopped keeping .env files. onenv pulls the values out of 1Password and injects them for one command, so a leaked repo leaks nothing and a new machine needs no setup.
